Hotel Saimon is the first private hotel in Cox's Bazar which started its journey in 1964. The hotel is situated in the heart of and near to Cox's Bazar beach. As one of the oldest and highly regarded hotels in Cox's Bazar, Hotel Saimon has been witnessed with many momentous events. The Hotel has celebrated its Golden Jubilee on 23 December 2014. Its Executive Director is Mahbubur Rahman. Since its initiation, the Hotel has been one of the sophisticated and international standard hotels in Cox's Bazar.

Hotel Saimon is now emerged as ‘Sayeman Heritage Residence’ having all the modern amenities. Today, it is regarded as a modernistic hotel in Cox's Bazar. Sayeman Heritage Residence is now a ten-story luxurious hotel with 200-suite resort condominium. It builds on 1.27 acre of land.
