Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), in Bangla Bangladesh Krishi Bishshobiddaloi, is a leading public agricultural education and research university located at Mymensingh in Dhaka, Bangladesh. BAU was established on 18 August 1961, the only university of its kind in Bangladesh. Bangladesh Agricultural University has 6 faculties and 43 departments covering a wide range of undergraduate, masters, Ph.D. and other agricultural education and research programmes.
