Bashundhara Paper Mills Limited (BPML) is a leading paper manufacturer in Bangladesh. It is an associate of Bashundhara Group. Bashundhara Paper Mills Ltd. was established in the year 1993 to meet the growing demand of paper products for national and international market. It has three units; each unit is producing high quality distinct paper products like white writing & printing paper, newsprint paper, art card, art paper, duplex board, liner paper, kraft paper, and many more.

BPML Unit – 1 started its production in February 1997. It produces off-set papers, white writing papers, white printing paper, photocopy & stationary paper, colored printing papers, mixed colored wrappers, packaging paper, and cigarette (Biri) paper. The Factory of ‘BPML Unit – 1’ is situated at Meghnaghat in Sonargaon, Narayangonj.

BPML Unit – 2 formally known as Bashundhara Newsprint & Duplex Board Industries Limited started its business operation in 1994. It produces newsprint paper, brown wrapper paper, paper for printing text books for NCTB, brown wrapper, brown liner, stiffener, White Writing/Printing Paper, Coated board and art paper. The Factory of ‘BPML Unit – 2’ is located at Meghnaghat in Sonargaon, Narayangonj.

BPML Unit – 3 formerly known as Bashundhara Tissue Industries Limited started operation in 1995 as the first basic tissue manufacturing factory in Bangladesh. It produces variety of tissue products, sanitary napkins, flat papers, baby diaper and hand gloves. The Factory of ‘BPML Unit – 3’ is situated at Anurpura, in Gazaria, Munshigonj. It achieved ISO 9002:1994 Certification for its quality management system and ISO 14001:2004 Certification for its environment management system.
