Green TV formally started its journey from May 19, 2023. It is a family-centric entertainment television channel in Bangladesh. Green Television channel is owned by Green Multimedia Limited, a company of Rongdhanu Group. The company's Chairperson is Nafisa Zumaina Mahmud. The TV channel broadcast diversified programmes such as drama and fictional series, movies, reality game show, Bangla dubbed foreign movie, tv shows (such as - 11 Nombor Gari, Balighor, Shorbojoya, etc.), and many more to entertain and info programmes. Green TV's motto is "Tomar Chokh'e Bishwa Dekhi" (in English means "See the world through your eyes"). It is headquartered at Rongdhanu Corporate Building in Pragati Sarani, Dhaka. It is the 39th private television channel in the Country.
