National Debate Federation Bangladesh (NDF BD) is one of the leading and largest debate organizations in Bangladesh. NDFBD was established in 2004. Since its inception, this association has been contributing in the debating arena of Bangladesh. Since 2005, this debate federation has been annually organizing a national debate festival in the country. National Debate Federation Bangladesh also organizes debate programs at district/divisional level on political, social, cultural and economic issues; arranges debate workshops and different social development programs.
Its two-day long 8th National Debate Festival 2014 held at Bangla Academy Auditorium where around 2,000 students of different universities, colleges, medical colleges, schools, and madrasahs across the country were participated. Moreover, the federation also took initiative to bring twelve open debate clubs in the festival.
AKM Shoaib is the Chairman of National Debate Federation Bangladesh (NDF BD).
