Singer Bangladesh Limited is one of the oldest and largest international band companies offering different types of electronics and home appliances such as Sewing Machine, Refrigerator, Washing Machines, Irons, Freezer, LCD/LED TV, Color Television, DVD Players, Air Conditioner, Air Cooler, IPS, Microwave Oven, Computers, Furniture, Laptop, Generators, Motorcycles, Fan, Smart phones, Fridge, 3D Television, Cables, Kitchen Appliances etc.
SINGER was founded in 1851 by Sir Isaac Merritt Singer. The Company started its business journey in this region in 1905 during the British colonial era. Subsequently, it opened two shops in Dhaka and Chittagong in 1920. During its inception, the main business of Singer was to manufacture Sewing Machines. Due to further growth and expansion of its business, SINGER introduced different multi-products in 1985. The Company was enlisted in Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) in 1983 and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) in 2001.
In 2006, SINGER introduced another wing of it known as Singer Plus. Besides SINGER products, Singer Plus also includes varied world famous brands (like Samsung, Toshiba, Haier, Singtech, Sebec, Tefal, Whirlpool, Prestige, PureIt, Moulinex etc.) under the same roof. It has over 300 dealers located across the Country.
