Bangladesh Association of Call Center & Outsourcing (BACCO) is an organization of the companies, firms, associate bodies and individuals engaged in call center and/or outsourcing business by taking license from Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (BTRC) and other required government authority.
BACCO puts forward its suggestions and recommendations to government authorities/ministries/organizations to create proper policies and regulations related to its field. The Association works for and looks after the interest of its members and arena. BACCO closely works with BTRC. It has affiliation with the Australian Business Process Outsourcing Association (ABPOA).
The Founder and President of the Bangladesh Association of Call Center & Outsourcing (BACCO) is Ahmadul Hoq Bobby, Managing Director of Virgo Contact Center Services Ltd.
The Association offers two types of membership – General Member, and Associate Member. The companies/firms/individuals engaged in Call Center operation and/or Outsourcing Business, having the required permission/license from the government authority, can be member of this association.
