Bangladesh Centre for Development, Journalism and Communication (BCDJC) is a leading non-profit and non-government media organization working for development, communications and media in the Country since 1991. BCDJC creates media professionals and conscious citizen; undertakes various training programmes, conducts research work on several media-related issues; organizes seminar & workshop on various issues related its arena; publishes books and journals; provides consultancy & advocacy services to the government and non-government organizations to formulate policy and programme related to media, journalism, communication, and public relations and more.
Bangladesh Centre for Development Journalism and Communication (BCDJC) has networks in all the 64 districts of Bangladesh. BCDJC is headed by a President and run by a total of 26 members. At present, the President of BCDJC is Nayeemul Islam Khan.
BCDJC has collaborations with many international organizations including Center for Advocacy and Research (India), Asian Media Information and Communication Centre (AMIC), Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ), Reporters Sans Frontières (RSF), International Women's Media Foundation (IWMF) and International Center for Journalists (ICFJ).
