e-Commerce Association of Bangladesh (e-CAB) was founded in 2015 as an organization representing the e-commerce sector in Bangladesh. e-CAB is incorporated under the Companies Act (Act XVIII) of 1994 (No. TO-903/2015) on 4th August 2015. e-Commerce Association of Bangladesh is a member of Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI). Since inception, the organization is contributing for development of e-commerce sector and e-commerce business in Bangladesh. The association is representing 700+ members; involved in buying and selling of goods and/or services online to consumers. Shomi Kaiser, actress and producer, is elected as President of Executive Committee (2018-2019) of e-Commerce Association of Banglades (e-CAB).
