International Business Forum of Bangladesh (IBFB) is an organization of a combined group of concerned citizens of Bangladeshi (e.g. academician thinkers, think tanks, civil society members, retired officials of government & non-government organization, journalists, lawyers, etc.) contributing since 2005 for business promotion, business research, policy advocacy, etc. to have a prosperous and developed country.
IBFB is a non-profit and non-political business forum; improving business environment and economy and socio-economic development of Bangladesh. It is a registered organization from the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC), Bangladesh. IBFB’s founding president was Mr. Mahmudul Islam Chowdhury, and its present president is Mr Humayun Rashid, Managing Director of Energypac Power Generation Ltd.
