Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies (BAIRA) is the apex organization of the recruiting agencies in Bangladesh. BAIRA was established in 1984 with a view to providing the needs & wants of the licensed recruiting agencies who are involving themselves in advancing and deploying Bangladeshi manpower in different countries of the world after imparting required training.
Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies always thinks and works for the welfare of Bangladeshi workers who have migrated or will migrate in various foreign countries. The Association is a vibrant member of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI). Currently, BAIRA has over 1000 members in its network; all of its members have gotten approbation as recruiting agents from the Government of Bangladesh (GoB).
