Bangladesh University of Health Sciences (BUHS) is a medical university in Bangladesh located at Darus Salam in Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The University is initiated and sponsored by Diabetic Association of Bangladesh (DAB). BUHS was formally known as Bangladesh Institute of Health Sciences (BIHS), started its academic courses in 2007 in public health and technology disciplines under the University of Dhaka. The Government of Bangladesh allocated about 6 acres of land to BIHS in Darus Salam, Mirpur to advance its plan.

Finally, Bangladesh Institute of Health Sciences (BIHS) promoted its initiative to provide Higher Education in Bangladesh. Hence, BIHS was converted to Bangladesh University of Health Sciences (BUHS) as per Private University Ordinance, 2010. Presently, BUHS is offering 25 undergraduate and postgraduate programs (BS, MS, BPH, MPH, MS, BSc etc.) under five faculties.

At present, Bangladesh University of Health Sciences (BUHS) is offering following undergraduate and postgraduate programs:
