Cricketers Welfare Association of Bangladesh (CWAB) is the prime of organization of national level cricketers in Bangladesh. The organization plays vital role for establishment of cricketers' rights in the country. It looks after various issues related to cricket players of Bangladesh. Cricketer's Welfare Association of Bangladesh (CWAB) is a member of the Federation of International Cricketers' Associations (FICA). CWAB's President is Mr. Naimur Rahman Durjoy, MP (and the former cricketer and the first Bangladesh National Cricket Team Captain), and Vice President is Mr. Khaled Mahmud Sujan. Mr. Debabrata Paul, a match referee of Bangladesh Cricket Board, is the General Secretary of CWAB.
