Jalalabad Gas Transmission and Distribution System Limited (JGTDSL), in short Jalalabad Gas T & D System Ltd, is the leading natural gas supplier & distributor company in Sylhet division of Bangladesh. It was incorporated on December 1, 1986 under the Company Act, 1913 with an aim to flourish the socio-economic lifestyle of the people of Sylhet region. The Company mostly distributes its gases in the franchise area(s) of Sylhet. JGTDSL is one of the associate companies of Petrobangla, runs under the Ministry of Power Energy & Mineral Resources of the Government of Bangladesh (GoB). Jalalabad Gas T & D System Ltd is responsible to ensure uninterrupted transmission and distribution of gas throughout the privilege area of Sylhet.
