Shikkhok was founded on 1st August 2012 by Dr. Ragib Hasan, a Professor of Computer Science at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Alabama, USA.
It brings educators and researchers from all over the world in one platform to create free online contents and courses on a wide range of topics. Shikkhok.com offers lots of courses such as Mobile Application Development, Computer Science and Technology, Engineering Course, Language Course, Course for School & College Students, Higher Education & Preparation Course, Life Skills Course, Mathematics, Biology, Business and more.
Shikkhok.com received Google RISE Award 2013, ISIF Asia Award 2013, The BOBS User Award 2013, and Internet Society (ISOC) Community Grant 2014.
