Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novo Theatre is a non-formal government science educational institution in Bangladesh. It is a special science institution under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh. It is the only planetarium of Bangladesh, built on 5.46 acre land. The Novo Theater is enhancing scientific temper of the people and students through exhibition of scientific movie, world, equipments, and more. It opened formally on 25th September 2004.

Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novotheatre is situated at Bijoy Sarani, Tejgaon, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Its former name was Bhashani Novo Theatre. The theater has an auditorium (150 seated), and conference room (50 seated). The theater's equipment managed by Japanese company, GOTO INC. Mr. Abul Basher Md. Zahurul Islam is the current Director General of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novo Theatre.

Following Shows & Exhibits in the novo theatre - Planetarium Show, 5D Edutainment Simulator, Digital Exhibits Gallery, 5D Movie Theatre, and Capsule Ride Simulator. Generally, it exhibits following planet show - Mission To Black Hole, Good Night Gondilocks, Journey To The Star, Don Of The Space Age, and Symphony Of The Stary Sky.
