Jahurul Islam Medical College is one of the reputed private medical colleges located at Bhagalpur in Bajitpur of Kishoregonj District, Bangladesh. The College was established on August 26, 1992 by Late Alhaz Jahurul Islam, the founder Chairman of Islam Group.

Jahurul Islam Medical College offers 5-year MBBS course with 1-year internship training from the college as required by Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC). The College has affiliation with the University of Dhaka and recognized by BMDC. It follows BMDC prescribed curriculum. Jahurul Islam Medical College is also recognized by World Health Organization (WHO).

Every year it admits 100 students at MBBS course of whom 25% are foreign students. The College follows Ministry of Health, Government of Bangladesh, guidelines in admitting local students. It receives applications from overseas students by the month of September each year for admission. Generally MBBS Class for the newly admitted students starts from January of each year.

Jahurul Islam Medical College has a more than 500-bedded hospital. Jahurul Islam Medical College & Hospital includes all the departments, modern and latest equipment and facilities. It has a Nursing Training Institute as well which was established in 1989 and approved by Bangladesh Nursing Council and the Directorate of Nurses Services (DNS). The Hospital and the Nursing Training Institute was established under the Aftab-Rahima Welfare Trust.

At present, the Chairman of Jahurul Islam Medical College & Hospital is Mr. Manzurul Islam, Chairman of Islam Group. Its Principal is Prof. Syed Mahmudul Aziz (MBBS, DCM, M Phil).
