Chittagong Skills Development Centre (CSDC) is a leading non-profit training center in Bangladesh striving to develop globally competitive workforces, for present and future skill needs for the country’s industries and corporate sector to boost economic development and industrial productivity and growth, through providing standard technical trainings, telecommunication vocational training, and educational programs. CSDC is located in Agrabad, Chittagong, Bangladesh.
The Center was come to light through the initiatives taken by A.K.Khan & Company Ltd, AKTEL, Chittagong Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Bangladesh-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Ericsson, Alcatel, Huawei, Underprivileged Children's Educational Programs (UCEP), ZTE Corporation, and Pedrollo Group.
Though Chittagong Skills Development Centre was come into being in 2005; it officially started its operation in 2006. This is the first non-profit industry-led skills training centre in Bangladesh. Chittagong Skills Development Centre’s key concentration is always given to the corporate members and other private companies employees from entry-level to senior management level.
The Center has strategic partnership with Penang Skills Development Centre (PSDC), Malaysia. Chittagong Skills Development Centre (CSDC) is committed to provide high-quality training services to the corporate members in Bangladesh.
