United Nations Youth and Students Association of Bangladesh (UNYSAB), also familiar with the name of ‘UNYSA Bangladesh’, is a voluntary organization of the youth and students of Bangladesh for United Nations (UN). UNYSA Bangladesh was founded in 2001 to convey the voice of young generation for the development of organizational and leadership skills, intellectual potentiality and research orientation. The Association is pioneer for conveying and exchanging intellectual views of young generation regarding on going global issues such as Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), human rights and development, CoP, environmental issues, arms control, social justice and more. The motto of this Association is "Leadership Through Volunteerism".
The Key Activities of UNYSA Bangladesh:
- Organize the Model United Nations Conference (MUN) and MUN workshops at the university, collage and school levels
- Organize seminars, workshops etc regarding the global vital issues or on personal development
- Participate in Model United Nations Conference to enhance diplomatic abilities
- Organize cultural and youth programs, and Commemorate important days of UN
